Issue in Donut theme - home page not properly visible

Question

In the home page as well as tags page and categories questions in the mid region are not visible. If I hover on the link, then only the questions are visible, else invisibe under cloud of blue colour. The snapshot is attached for reference and solution. However, on answers page, there is no issue.

Can you try avoiding plugins one by one?

This seems to be some issue with either with a plugin or with some customization you have done. First try removing the third party plugins one by one and see if the issue still exists.
If still you have issue then try reverting the customization you have done.

I tried to remove almost all plugins and remove customization, but the problem persists. Please suggest solution
