What configuration should I give in the export of qa_post to be able to import without foreign keys to another hosting?

I don't think you can do that in config file. Either need to populate the parent tables first or else can alter the qa_posts table and drop the foreign keys.

I have moved home MySQL table to another hosting successfully but the qa-post is not left.  When I moved to another hosting I did not lose users but because I could not install the qa-post, the history was lost.  I wish they could help me.
