How to only allow user registration using openlogin?

I would like to disable registration of new users on my site (as the spammer seems to have defeated the recaptcha) and only allow users to register using either facebook or twitter. Would this be possible?

Not the ideal solution, but I noticed that after disabling the creation of new users, user can still register via the openlogin plugin.
