It appears that when the blocked ip addresses list hits a certain limit, q2a gives a genaric database error when trying to block any new ips. Seems like it should give a proper error message like "Blocked IP Address List Is Full" right? Just a thought. I wasn't sure what was going on when this first happened to me.
