Add this at the end of the qa-theme/SnowFlat/qa-styles.css file:

    border: 4px solid red;
}
.qa-search-button {
    width: 33px;
    height: 28px;
  margin: 0 0 4px -1px !important;
}

Modify the code appropriately.
