How can i make only threadstarter can select a best answer

i need the option to let the best answer only setted by the threadstarter.

There is no way for ONLY the thread starter to be able to choose, but only privileged users can select best answers on someone else's question.

You can restrict this further - go to Admin > Permissions and next to "Selecting answer for any question" choose "Moderators and Admins". This does obviously mean that mods/admins can still select best answers, but you can limit that group to only yourself.
