New version of Tagging Tools plugin released

I don't think I've posted about my Tagging Tools plugin for a long while, so just thought I'd mention here that I've made some recent updates.

The main two additions are minimum/maximum tag length (for example to prevent tags like 'i' or 'a') and a redirect option which will do 301 redirects from an old tag to its new tag synonym (useful for SEO).

Plus several minor bugs have been fixed in the past month or so.

I have question , can we convert letter like ê to e , î to i in tag too.

For example when someone write this tag "bawerî" it converts to "baweri"

I ask this because if there is more too much tag you add by manuel
