Topic related tasks are super slow

Question

Latest Q2A version. Topic creation takes around 12 seconds. 10+ seconds in tasks like create, edit, hide, delete topic. Our database size is 24GB.

Server info

System OS: CentOS 7 (cPanel/WHM)

Dedicated server configuration:
Intel® Xeon® CPU E5-1650 v3 @ 3.50GHz
Cores: 12
RAM: 128GB
Disk: 450GB SSD

Please suggest what should we do. Thanks

2. How many posts do you have in your qa_posts table?
3. Are you using Single Sign On?

How much time does it take to post a question if you have the elasticsearch plugin disabled?(this can be done from admin/plugin, if you're using Q2A 1.8)

enable define('QA_DEBUG_PERFORMANCE', true); in qa-config.php and and see what is taking more time.
