Minimum points required in a post does not work

Question

When I set minimum Minimum number of tags and user Saves new question leaving tags empty, it ends up with famous database query error message.

By investigating error I found out that even if this field is empty, Q2A tries to set tag which eds up with generated SQL query syntax wrong and query breaks.

Not happening to me. In fact, I get the "Please provide at least X tag/s" error
