How to give Auto draft saving functionality to my Q&A site?

There should be a plugin for saving drafts automatically on Question2answer sites. To save the users work on the site I have inserted a warning while leaving the page when anybody writes an answer. Please help me to give auto draft support to my site.

There is an Auto Save plugin for Ckeditor which solves this issue

how about users with other editors? :/ I have same problem...

Will need a custom editor plugin then.
