.Htaccess: force HTTPS and non WWW. I can pay for the help

Question

Hi!

I'm getting a problem with duplicated content in Google because of the www and non www version of the Q2A website.

I need to redirect WWW and SSL version to non WWW SSL version. The other redirects (HTTP to HTTPS) are working.

Ex:

https://www.novonegocio.com.br/respostas/4530/compra-no-alibaba Doesn't redirect to

https://novonegocio.com.br/respostas/4530/compra-no-alibaba

Neither

http://www.novonegocio.com.br/respostas/4530/compra-no-alibaba redirects to

https://novonegocio.com.br/respostas/4530/compra-no-alibaba

The Q2A is in a folder /respostas.
