Database connect error 2003

Can't connect to MySQL server on '127.0.0.1' (111)

what is the solution ?

It seems that your MySQL Server is not running.
Try restarting it or send a new support ticket to your hosting company.

I think it was because I have enabled compression in htaccess and qa-config
