Norwegian language packs for version 1.7 new URL

Tried to contact the developers trough the contact form but it stopped working.

I updated the URL for Norwegian language pack. New URL: http://nettport.com/zipped/download.php?dir=php&file=question2answer-1.7-language-no&type=zip

The old URL that is located at http://docs.question2answer.org/addons/ will stopp working.

The addons page is in GitHub. It is better if you upload your translation to GitHub and then edit the addons page to link to that repository: https://github.com/q2a/q2a.github.io/blob/master/addons/index.md

That way, links don't stop working over time and you only rely on GitHub rather than GitHub and also nettport.com
