I am assuming by "SQL Server" you are talking about MySQL and not Microsoft's database system. If you are using MS SQL Server then you're out of luck since Q2A is for MySQL!

You will probably need to ask your host to create the database for you. Once you have done that you can just run Q2A and it will create all the tables and so on.

Also, the login created by your system admin for your MySql database needs to have sufficient privileges to create tables.

From the way you asked your question, I suggest that you need to talk with someone who has more system administration experience with your server. Q2A is a standard type of web service. Your system administratior should have no problem installing it.
