Hi

I am using screaming-frog to analyze my website.  I notice these very similar urls, that they point to the same page.  Whtis this show= parameter?  What are the different numbers 121, 122, 123?

120 is the question.

121/122/123 is the post inside the question that you are linking. It is used to go to the appropriate page. As you have just one page in the linked question it might seem useless.

Furthermore, you're missing something. The URL could also be:

https://learn-greek-online.com/ask-greek/120/writing-an-english-name-in-greek?show=121#a121

a121 is used to vertically scroll right at the beginning of the linked post (or answer, in this case) and it also fires the yellow highlighting effect that fades.
