My need is to have a new user read some information on how to answer questions, then take a quiz, and only then can he register to the q2a site. I posted this question earlier, with the guidance to 1) spend many hours learning php, and 2) learn how to develop a plugin, which frankly will not work for me, AFTER HE AGREED WITH MY PROPOSED SIMPLER WAY, BUT REFUSED TO ASSIST THAT WAY.
NOW, LITERALLY PEOPLE WILL DIE IF I DO NOT GET THIS DONE; PEOPLE THAT WOULD OTHERWISE NOT DIE, WILL, DEPENDING ON HOW LONG THIS TAKES ME. MY WORD, NO EXAGGERATION. MY WORD.
