move all the contents of the unzipped question2answer folder,but have no the on-screen instructions

I followed the instructions until the penultimate step，I moved all the contents of the unzipped question2answer folder to /var/www/html/ask, but I did not have the on-screen instructions .

check folder and files permission on your server. Make sure you are using correct php and mysql version.
