Hello, I want to remove the function of changing the nickname. Is this possible? Thanks in advance for your answers.

Just navigate to admin/users and uncheck the setting Allow users with posts to change their username.

After I removed the tick, I was able to edit the nickname...

That's because you don't have posts. All users who have at least one post can not change their username after removing the tick.
