How can I remove % symbol fromm url? I get % symbol in url and it says page not found. Please help me

You need to pick the highest option that has OK next to it, i.e. from your screenshot that would be /?qa=123/why-do-birds-sing

To get the higher options working you'll need to add a .htaccess file to your site (presuming it's Apache).
