Testing : CleanStrap Theme not loading properly

I am testing CleanStrap theme for future projects but its  not working properly please have a look this

Can some one please tell me what is the issue

1. Download the theme
2. put inside public_html/qtoa/qa-theme/
3. In Q2A log in as administrator and go to **Admin > General** and set up the default theme to "CleanStrap" and save changes

But fail to load the site properly

Based on the kind of errors that you get and on how the theme handles paths, I guess you changed your site directory structure and you forgot to update the Preferred site URL setting in admin/general.

CleanStrap seems to rely on that setting to be accurate. Just point it to http://subodhc.heliohost.org/qtoa/ and it should work back again.
