Absolutely! I am the current lead developer. Development is a little slower than it used to be as I have to prioritise my day job. But you can look at the GitHub repo to see how many changes have been made in the last few weeks.
A minor version (1.7.5) was released a few weeks ago, and 1.8 will be out very soon.
