Growth plugin : Automatically share question to FB page when experts answer

Hello Everyone.

I made this plugin that automatically shares the question to your FB page when an expert answers the question.

I can easily change 'expert' to anything you want but for this V 0.1 I hard coded 'expert'

Very nice plugin, keep up good work!

Instead of expert, you can post on fb when user selects best answer. or provide both options.

On my community, and I suppose it's the same for others, users don't select best answer.
But this could be an axis to explore.
Also, Pull requests are more than welcome.
