How to show questions's descriptions when you hover over the title?

Hi There,

When I hold on the question link, nothing comes up. How a question's description hover shows up when I hold on question's link as shown in the picture below

Q2A version: 1.7.4

There's a plugin called "Mouseover Layer" which comes stock with Q2A. Enable that and it'll show description of questions.
