Human verification bypass?

I have wordpress and q2a integration, when I go to login or register from Q2A I get:

"A username and password are being requested by http://news.mysite.com. The site says: "This is human verification, for username type in Administrator for password type in the result of 2+4="

This normal?  On mobile, it doesn't give the info, so my users would be s.o.l.  I thought this was just for admin? any help or input would be appreciated.

So the human verification can be turned off in cpanel. I'm thinking the best course of action would be to do that and then use reCaptcha at the login screen so that there's still protection.
