Verification by the moderator

How to enable verification of the question by the moderator?

Hello.
Access the administrative panel of your website.
Click in "Spam".
Use moderation for users with less than: ( Place a point value that no user will get. Ex.: 1000000.)
Activate Re-moderate posts after editing.
Save options.

Not exactly sure what you mean by "verification" but Moderators can approve questions by default. Check the appropriate options in Admin > Permissions.
