Have you tried removing all external plugins?

no.. i need that plugins.. but what of them you think it's causing this error?

Actually you can try removing them one by one and find out. Once we know which one it would be easier to fix it. It should be a plugin where *layer.php file is there  and where you can see "url" and "title" being used inside it.

I found the problem.. i added an ID to feature question, then i delete that question.. it's solved now.. thank you

so was caused by featured question plugin?

Yes because of that plugin.. if you choose an qeustion as feature, then you hide and delete question, that error will appear
