Hello every body .

I installed the openconnect plugin which lets users register/login user their google/yahoo/etc accounts.

I noticed if someone registers manually (normally without openconnect plugin), and they tries to reregister or login using open connect with the same email address that was used to register before, the system shows an integration message, prompting the user to choose what to do.

This doesnt happen in my end! I noticed the accounts that are created/registered using openconnect plugin, does not fill the email address field, and thus, the email address field is empty. and this I guess is avoidng the system to understand two accounts are using the same email address.

How can I solve this problem? did any of you guys faced such problem before?

Ok  I found the reason.

the integration only works if someone, already creates an account manually. and then tries to register/login using an open connect account (google,facebook,yahoo,etc).

the other way around is not possible .

Are you sure this is happening? Because then it needs to be fixed I guess. This is not happening on this Q2A site.
