I just got my Mysql database transferred in to a new server, but ever since the transfer I have not been able to log in to my q2a account. Its a live site with over 50 active users everyday, and it seems that the passwords have somehow been lost after the transfer. I repeated the database backup/restore process over 3 times, but I have not been able to rectify it.
Luckily, i had the site logged in from my phone, so I was somehow able to get in to the account. This is what it showed me in the My Account page:
Can any of you please help me out?
