Only if you've installed q2a in a subdirectory.

If you have Q2A in a subfolder (for example on this site it's in the /qa/ folder) then you will need to change:

#RewriteBase /your-sub-directory

to this:

RewriteBase /qa

Except put your directory instead of "qa".

Otherwise, no you don't need to change anything.
