I got some error in url

Hi,I am getting some errors in url.I'm getting http://www.example.com//6/example-test . I want to change it to http://www.example.com/6/example-test.What is the reason for this?Solution please.Thanks in advance.

Where exactly are these URLs? From the links on the question list? Or after a redirect? Or somewhere else?

Fixed: Go to Admin>general

Under Preferred site URL change http://www.example.com//  to  http://www.example.com/
