Unicode Character error in URL

Question

Hello I am using turksh site.. I have special characters ü ö,ş,ç example. In my url 

http://www.kampusgenc.com/4/islamiyet-%C3%B6ncesi-t%C3%BCrk-topluluklar%C4%B1n%C4%B1n-kulland%C4%B1klar%C4%B1-yollar

I want to solve it.

I added string.php 

"\xC3\x87" => 'C', 
"\xC3\xa7" => 'c', 
"\xC3\x96" => 'O', 
"\xC3\xb6" => 'o', 
"\xC3\x9c" => 'U', 
"\xC3\xbc" => 'u', 
"\xc5\x9e" => 'S', 
"\xc5\x9f" => 's', 
"\xc4\xb1" => 'i', 
"\xc4\x9e" => 'G', 
"\xc4\x9f" => 'g', 
"\xc4\xb0" => 'I', 

 

 

but no working

Answering here in case you don't have notifications on your GitHub post. I cannot reproduce the error.

Check that you have the option "Remove accents from question URLs" checked in admin.
