Try removing plugins one by one and see if that solves the error.

What settings do you have for answers such as minimum length? It looks like that answer does not have any content.

Are you able to find the row in your database (eg with phpMyAdmin)? Can you tell me what the values are?

Minimum length of answer:    12

I think the problem is due to that amendment

OK I have fixed the issue in the repo (will be in v1.7.3). In Admin > Posting, there is always a minimum answer/comment length of 1. Same for the question title which was also a problem.

It also removes the notice for any existing cases where the answer has no content.
