How can i add meta description for different category?

and how can i add some text for different category?

I wan to have text BLABLABLA in category 1, and in category 2 text TRALALALALA

how to do that?

When you add / edit a category , there will be an option to edit the description - 

Optional category description:

That should do the job what you need .
