Missing implementation: qa_send_notification without BCC? How to send a blind copy using q2a?

I thought there would be an easy option to add a BCC to an email notification using qa_send_notification(), however, it seems not to be implemented in v1.7.1

Any thoughts?

Yep, looks like we need to write our own... I hope @Scott can either extend qa_send_notification or offer an extended one.
