where is the main bodey tag in the script <body> ? which file

i want to add meebo bar to my script ... in the meebo instuctions ... they told me to copy paste the toolbar code under the bodey tag ............ which i CANT find !! any one knows the need file ? or what should i do ?

It's in the file qa-include/qa-page.php, around line 605.

However, you are probably best off overring the body_content() function in an advanced theme and outputting your code at the top of that, which will be just inside the body tag.
