qa_db_user_updates_selectspec another option to override?

Hello,

unfortunately the function qa_db_user_updates_selectspec isn't overridable.

Is there another possibility to add "where fullevents.entitytype != 'U'" instead of changing the core?

What exactly are you trying to achieve? The SQL queries are in general not overrideable because changing them could slow things down a lot.

I would like to disable "favourite all user posts", but favourite a question should be possible.

Another option would be to change "function qa_user_favorite_set" to disable QA_ENTITY_USER but there is no override possibility, too :(

is there no option?
