Importantly: user can answer more than once the same question open on two tabs

Question 1

I allow only one response per user in each question.
but a user opens a question on 5 tabs and answer 5 times.

I've created a pull request to fix this on May: https://github.com/q2a/question2answer/pull/235

It was merged to the dev branch last month. You can apply the fix manually by adding the lines in the Files Changed section of the PR or just download the whole dev branch zip file at that time, which is less stable than the master, of course.
