How to add a plugin which displays many questions and their actions on same page?

Hello,

I would like to make a small plugin which 

1) Shows 30 questions on same page.

2) Shows hide, flag, allow, close, delete flags next to each of them. 

This save me a lot of time while administering the site. I also want ta similar page where I can list 100 users at one go and have "approve/disapprove" button next to each of them. 

 

This is for personal use. How do I go about doing this plugin? I tried to looking to qa-include.qa-page-question.php code, but I am lost as to how I can do multiple questions on one page. Any pointers will be appreciated.
