I am getting the following error Warning: DOMDocument::loadHTML(): Document is empty in Entity, line: 2 in /home/xxxxx/public_html/qa-include/qa-base.php(572) : eval()'d code on line 73

 

It is a plugin error or from core?

Any suggestions as to how I can fix it?

This is more of a plugin issue than the core.

I had similar error sometime ago. I deleted all non default plugins . I tested the site for 30 minutes and checked my error logs. The error disappeared. I then proceeded to add the plugins one after the other while consulting the error logs to see which plugin was generating the error. I narrowed down on the plugin causing the error and contacted the developer for fixing.
