Again qa_base.php file was gone...

Question

Once again  qa-inclue/qa-base.php  file was gone from site folder.

One day before also am submitted this problem in here, but no one care about my problem.

 

meantime am changed my Cpanel passwords for security purpose, but still continues this problem.

in here anybody met this problem??

It's a pretty strange issue, but no one else has reported anything remotely similar so I don't see how it can be a problem with Q2A itself (otherwise, this site would have been hacked too).

Did you definitely upload it? And the file has the correct permissions?

Have you contacted your host about it? It seems like someone is managing to get into the server, probably through some other site or software on the server.
