For example when anyone use to question title "&", it seems in url "%26" How can I that from url. I installed this plugin http://qa-themes.com/plugins/url-customizer-plugin and I tried this http://www.question2answer.org/qa/6713/how-can-i-create-friendly-urls but still did not work.
