How can i add answer form so multiple users can add answers

There is already one answer added by some users on some question, but what if another user want to add answer,?

What do you mean? Any user can add answers.

There are two options in the "Admin" panel that are relevant here:

"Show answer form immediately" in the "Viewing" section.

"Allow multiple answers per user" in the "Posting" section

Apart from that, even if the answer form is not shown, there is an "answer" button that can be clicked to bring it up, if that user has permission to answer.

Yeah, the "answer" button is pretty tiny, maybe when the "show answer form" option is off there should be a larger button at the bottom?
