XML sitemap problem

Question 1

the sitemap seems to be working fine however its not picking up the preceeding folders correctly; Q2A is installed on my site in this folder; www.mysite.com/qa/ The sitemap generator generates URL's like this www.mysite.com/user/abcd It should be www.mysite.com/qa/user/abcd

Please make sure you have set the "The URL to use when referring to your site:" correctly in the "General" panel of the "Admin" section.
