where is {{Q2A:module=homepage}} set up?

Question

I am working on a mediawiki site for a client. 

The 'edit page' shows  {{Q2A:module=homepage}} should be rendering in the page but it is not showing up. 

Do you know where I could find the set up for module=homepage ?

I've looked in the template and widgets files on the mediawiki site and I can't find it.

That sounds like a Mediawiki module, not really anything to do with Q2A itself. So I don't think anyone here will be able to help you. You will probably have more luck on a Mediawiki forum, or find out who made that Q2A module.
