[SnowFlat Theme] How to make the top navigation bar fixed like FlatBox.

Question

In the FlatBox github page, there is a plugin called qam-flatbox which runs only with the flatbox theme (I guess). In that plugin there is an option for Fixed Topbar. Can the navigation bar of the SnowFlat be fixed as well? If it can be, then please tell me how. 

I am using Q2A 1.7 in a localhost.
