I'm looking into using a platform like Q2A to host the FAQ's on our company website. This would allow our visitors to participate in ways that traditional FAQ pages do not.

I would prefer that the questions always come up by default sorted by Votes (highest votes at the top). This would allow our users to quickly view the questions that are most frequently asked.

Another feature that would be helpful and important is the ability to group questions into categories (or tags is fine too). My idea is that we would have only 5 or 10 categories and every question would need to come under one of those categories. This would then need to allow us to have groups on the home page so the users/visitors could quickly drill down to the set of FAQ's which they are the most interested in.
