How to edit the mail content when question added or answered

I activated mailing system on admin panel. The mail sends with the question Url Or comment Url when some one answer/comment to the post. But my problem is I need to edit the question URL in the mail content and also there is no Greetings for user, simply user name [ need hai or dear].

Is there any way Please help me as soon as possible

If you use English as a default language then create this directory qa-lang/custom and copy the file from qa-include/qa-lang-emails.php to that directory. Then modify the qa-lang/custom/qa-lang-emails.php file accordingly

If you don't use English as a default language email texts are stored in qa-lang/<your-language>/qa-lang-emails.php.

Regarding changing the url, that will be a bit more difficult, and I can't figure out why you would do that. The url is already generated for you. What would you change exactly? What's the current url you get and what's your expected url?

The host server domain not used for some concerns. So our server admin renamed it as with a desired name. Now the www.rename.com will reach to our site. I don't know more about it.

Is there any way to change the domain name alone in the URL.

Have you tried changing the Preferred site URL in admin/general? Probably, that is enough for you
