How can we set wysiwyg as wall post/private message editor?

I aksed this question a year ago http://www.question2answer.org/qa/30212/is-there-a-way-to-use-wysiwyg-editor-at-send-private-message

but the admin-wysiwyg in nolonger compatible with q2a and I noticed a lot of advancement in the new q2a 1.7 alpha and was wondering what would you guys recommend to do this happen?
