I think stackoverflow theme not available. You will get some similiar themes from q2amarket site. Or you can also create theme like stackoverflow site.

First you need to create the html template of stackoverflow. Integrate with on your theme's files mainly the layout[qa-theme.php]

You need to create an html template. And in your html template , you need to know the header part div, content part div, sidebar div & footer div. Copy the default classic theme into qa-theme directory. Rename the directory with "My theme" or as you like. After that you open the qa-theme.php Change the theme name and you can finf the functions header(), sidebar(), put these html code in appropriate function simple.
