Backup and Move site?

Hi,

I have Wordpress installed under root directory and Q2A installed under a /qa/ directory, integrated with WP. My question is how can I backup the entire site and move to a new host? Is there a plugin that can get the job nicely done?

If you're using cpanel then you can simply create an full backup else you can backup your document root (public_html, httpdocs etc..) + mysql then you can upload new files to new host after you should open qa-config.php and enter new mysql details and you're done.
